Style Coaching
I offer a range of coaching aimed at creating the most positive version of yourself.
Style Coaching combines my coaching experience and love of style with my values about inner beauty and the vital importance of positive body image and self-confidence.
My approach is holistic, I focus on both how you present yourself and how you feel about yourself with a focus on self-compassion, well-being and resilience.
Maybe as you’ve progressed through life transitions you have lost a sense of identity around who you are, how you want to look and feel about yourself.
Maybe your look isn’t aligned with where you are heading or you need to work on valuing yourself more and building your self-confidence.
Maybe you would like to treat yourself or someone you care about to the gift of transformation.
How it works
Mix and match the services you need from the options below. It’s £75 per hour or £900 for the whole 12 hour package. Additional hours will be charged as required. All services are available online so location or time zone is not an issue.
Initial Assessment (Compulsory)
60 mins
All programmes start here. We will discuss aims and benefits of Style Coaching and assess your needs using a Virtual Styling Questionnaire. This will ensure your sessions are created specifically for you. We will discuss your life style and budget so we can create a plan of action to address your unique needs.
Identify your Style Personality
60 mins
Activities and discussions are used to increase your self-awareness and get an understanding of the style/look(s) you are comfortable with and what you’d like to achieve. We will work together to discover your dominant Style Personality. You will receive the relevant Style Personality Cheat Sheet for future reference.
Identify your body type
60 mins
Identify your unique body shape and discuss your aims when dressing. I will demonstrate and provide coaching and guidelines around how to dress your unique body shape. Examples of others with a similar body shape and the relevant Body Shape Cheat Sheet is provided to you for future reference.
Explore your body image
60 mins
We discuss the importance of nurturing positive body-image. Identify your favourite features and less favourite features using the body analysis activity. Learn how to enhance your favourite features.
Learning how to love yourself
60 mins
Following on from Step 4, You complete the Learning to Love Yourself Activity, followed up with a coaching session around self-care and self-love.
Find Your Wow Colours
120 mins
We work together to find your wow colours and how best to wear these for a more confident and pulled together look.
Wardrobe Analysis
90 minutes
We explore how the state of your wardrobe impacts on your daily dressing and shopping habits and establish the current situation. We take stock and utilise what is already in the wardrobe. We take a fresh look at your wardrobe using your cheat sheets. We complete the wardrobe checklist – we will explore this further during our session and review wardrobe apps.
Wardrobe Edit/Declutter
Minimum 120 mins
We create a wardrobe that works around you and your lifestyle. Complete a lifestyle analysis chart, discuss aims of decluttering, identify gaps. Learn via demonstrations and advice. Review storage options. Write an action plan and/or shopping plan, tidy and reorganize.
Additional time will be charged at the hourly rate.
Personal Shopping Plan
60 mins
We finalise a budget plan and agree on a list of items to shop for. We agree a timeframe and complete a shopping plan. You order your outfits and try them on. Includes an option to catch up on Zoom or send selfies for feedback and guidance on outfits if required.
Style Development Book
60 mins
To conclude the programme, I provide you with an online Style Development Book outlining your Style Coaching Journey from start to finish.
